Hello from the Hoosier state!

As a veteran educator experienced in serving youth, adults, and communities across the nation, both from a local and state level, I am thrilled to join the mission of The DeBruce Foundation.

My role as an Education and Integration Specialist, with a home base in Indiana, is to provide boots-on-the-ground support to formal and informal educators, students, and organizations through a statewide initiative in partnership with Indiana’s Department of Workforce Development and their Indiana Career Explorer platform. Integrating The DeBruce Foundation’s Agile Work Profiler© into this well-established, statewide tool provides a unique opportunity to engage more Hoosiers in an authentic and meaningful way full of self-realization and discovery.

I am proud to join this mission as I know the value of this work and the ability for it to assist others in life altering self-reflection and insights that will incubate self-growth and prosperity! I am “all in” with The DeBruce Foundation’s mission of expanding pathways to economic growth and opportunity because I believe it changes lives!

Hooray for 100K!!!

We’re thrilled to announce the Agile Work Profiler©, our online career assessment that helps people identify their strengths and interests as they relate to the workforce, has now been taken more than 100,000 times!

Across all ages and stages of professional development, more people than ever have discovered their Agilities and taken the next step in building empowered careers.

Read the press release to learn more, and join us in celebrating by telling us how the Agile Work Profiler has helped you!

Youth organizations build empowered careers

“Every stage of life has opportunities, and the early years – way before a child is thinking seriously about careers – is a great time to start them on a path toward an empowered career.

Youth organizations, and all who mentor, volunteer, and advocate for them, are vital in building stronger communities, an engaged workforce, and individuals with successful career pathways.”

Throughout the challenge, participants learn new skills, expand their professional networks, and discover new interests.

Youth voice influencing resources for thousands

As you read above, the Agile Work Profiler© has hit a huge milestone in being taken more than 100,000 times!

We owe a huge thank you to the DeBruce Career Corps. When our team was first developing this career assessment years ago, they tested the tool and gave us kind, tough, and vital feedback.

Their voices helped us develop a resource that has now helped thousands of people across the nation.

Thank you, DeBruce Career Corps!
