Remake Learning Days Neighborhood Festival – Agility Activity Stations

May 7 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Girls in STEM : Why Walk When You Can Fly?

You’ve got skills! Join the team from The DeBruce Foundation for a fun afternoon at KC STEM Alliance where we celebrate STEM and the miracle of flight with a variety of activities.  For more info, click here.

Have fun learning about the Agilities while doing hands-on STEM activities. Agilities are skills that help you solve problems and do a task. You can test your innovating skills making and flying paper airplanes. Practice your inspecting skills as you judge and estimate how much iron is in popular cereals. Use your skills in developing others to coach a friend or parent to fly through a maze. Work with a team to build the tallest control tower; and show how much you care by creating a robotic hand out of cardboard and yarn. Once you’ve practiced all 10 Agilities, complete your Agilities Passport and win a prize!
