MODHEWD Bridges to Success Webinar Series

November 18, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Members of The DeBruce Foundation team will be leading a virtual panel presentation entitled “Using Agilities to Explore Careers and Expand Opportunity” as part of the Bridges to Success Webinar Series hosted by the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development. This presentation provides an overview of The DeBruce Foundation’s Agility Advantage model and the Agile Work Profiler – an online assessment designed to provide users with information regarding their current skills (“what they are good at”) their passions (“what they like doing”) and how they can develop this knowledge into learning and career opportunities.

The DeBruce Foundation is working in partnership with the UMKC Summer Bridge Scholars program with the goal of preparing students for successful connection into the UMKC community; with special focus on first generation, academically underprepared and high financial need students.  The presentation will include members from the UMKC team who will share learnings and key strategies for integrating the Agilities into bridge programs and career services in post-secondary institutions.

Register HERE for the series.

Dr. Leigh Anne Taylor Knight, Executive Director & COO of The DeBruce Foundation
