Through The Foundation’s partnership with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, we were cordially invited to present at the Indiana Association for Adult and Continuing Education in Florence, Indiana September 28-30th.  For decades, IAACE has championed the idea that all adults deserve to enjoy opportunities for lifelong learning.

Rebecca Kessler and Kristie Larson from The DeBruce Foundation will be facilitating a session about Building Adult Career Confidence.  As part of the Indiana Career Explorer, the Agile Work Profiler helps adults build career confidence. In this session, IAACE members will learn how to identify and affirm Agilities and help their clients put their Agilities into action in the workforce.  They will also focus on recognizing the value of integrating the Agilities into work and how Agilities can be grown and developed over time.
