As Community Relations Coordinator at The DeBruce Foundation, Tiffany Way manages relationships with corporate partners and non-profit alliances.  Her talent for detail-oriented supervision advances The Foundation’s mission to expand economic growth and opportunity through informed career decision-making.

Prior to her current role, Tiffany spent 20 years fulfilling her talent for serving and caring by specializing in event planning and philanthropy in the nonprofit sector.  She served as the Philanthropy and Events Director at the Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City.  She continues to volunteer with her daughter through the National Charity League.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two college-aged children. She loves summer days at the lake and other travel adventures. Tiffany is excited to be part of the DeBruce family’s generosity and commitment to the community.
