Michael Kelley

Partner Integration and Training Specialist

Michael Kelley serves as a Partner Integration and Training Specialist at The DeBruce Foundation. He is responsible for helping partner organizations integrate Agilities resources into their programs, support the growing community of Certified Agilities Coaches, and administer high-quality in-person and virtual trainings.

Prior to joining The Foundation, Michael served as the policy director for BikeWalkKC. In that role, he led the organization’s efforts to advocate for the policies, plans, and projects that expand transportation choice in the Kansas City region and beyond. This included building coalitions with key community partners, providing technical assistance on active transportation policy, and more.

Outside of work, Michael is engaged in numerous civic endeavors. He is a graduate of the Centurions Leadership program through the Kansas City Chamber. He previously served as the board chair for InterUrban ArtHouse. He currently serves as the vice chair for the Kansas City Regional Transit Alliance.

Michael began his career in public policy, working on topics such as affordable housing and economic development. Throughout his professional life, he has supported actions that enable people to achieve and maintain a better quality of life.

With his top Agilities of Innovating, Selling and Communicating, and Serving and Caring, Michael is eager to support and execute the mission of The Foundation.
