Kristy Jackson, Ed.S., serves as an Integration Specialist for The DeBruce Foundation, where she works to build strong relationships and expand the reach and impact of Agilities within organizations in Missouri and beyond.
With more than 20 years of experience building initiatives, leading innovation, and creating pathways to economic opportunity, her career spans executive leadership, entrepreneurship, and education, complemented by her work as a bestselling author and global speaker. As a speaker and center leader certified by the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers, Kristy has created international business development curriculum and experiences that connect entrepreneurs to new markets, global partners, and cross-cultural opportunities.
She previously served as the inaugural Executive Director of the Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Harris-Stowe State University, where she designed and led entrepreneurship, workforce, innovation, and community engagement initiatives while cultivating partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, education, government, and entrepreneurial sectors.
Kristy’s leadership has been recognized through numerous honors, including being named a St. Louis Titan 100 top CEO and executive honoree, one of the St. Louis Magazine Business 500, and one of the Top 100 People to Know to Succeed in Business. Known as a Dreamer & Disruptor, Kristy has built a career around her passion for creating what does not yet exist, strengthening what already works, and connecting resources to make a sustainable impact. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and daughters.
