Christina Hocker, Partner Integration and Training Specialist, is an instructional leader and nonprofit professional with more than two decades of experience across K–12 education, higher education, and community-based organizations. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to shifting the educational landscape toward approaches that are human-centered, inclusive, and responsive to the real needs of learners.
At the heart of Christina’s career are 19 years in the classroom, where she taught and supported young people in career and technical education. Teaching is foundational to who she is as a leader. During her time in schools, she developed new courses, redesigned programs, and career pathways, and worked alongside students to help them build confidence, critical thinking skills, and a sense of possibility for their futures. The relationships she built with students, and the growth she witnessed in them, continue to shape how she approaches leadership and the work she does today.
Guided by her top Agilities, Developing Others, Innovating, and Serving and Caring, Christina has gone on to design and lead programs that support educator growth, strengthen career-connected learning, and help individuals recognize and build on their unique strengths. She holds a Master of Science in Educational Administration and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Across all her work, Christina is known for her thoughtful leadership, deep care for others, and belief in education as a powerful tool for transformation.
