Interested in partnering with The DeBruce Foundation? Here’s what you need to know.
We are not your typical grant-making organization. We are currently most interested in strategically investing in partnerships that incorporate our career literacy tools and curricula to advance career resilience.
Our research shows that the combination of increased career literacy plus network resources is key to increasing career resilience for individuals. This can be an economic game-changer for individuals and their families.
For the career literacy piece, we’ve developed tools, like the Agile Work Profiler.
For the network resources piece, we look to partner strategically with mission-aligned organizations with programs that help individuals build their networks of support.
We work closely with our partners to gain insights and measure impact.
This approach to invest strategically in partnerships keeps us focused on our mission to expand pathways to economic growth and opportunity.
If you are interested in exploring a partnership, our process is as follows:
- First, attend an upcoming Agilities Tour or other available training sessions to learn more about The Foundation’s career literacy tools and Agilities resources to decide if partnering would be a good fit for your organization. CLICK HERE to view dates and register.
- Once you have attended a session, please feel free to complete the Partner Request Form.
