Hello,

March brings the good news of expanded vaccination, and with it, a reminder that situations can change, and so can we.

This is a good time to remind yourself of the strengths and interests you have used throughout the past year. You might want to take the Agile Work Profiler again to see if your top Agilities have shifted as you have used new skills.

The silver lining of a crisis is that it can accelerate our self-awareness and clarify our priorities. You’ve made it through a year of crisis, now enjoy those hard-earned new strengths.

New Research About Adult Learners

The pandemic upended higher education in many ways, greatly affecting adult learners and those institutions.

We’re pleased to share the new report, “Reaction to Crisis: Adult Higher Education’s Lessons Learned,” to improve experiences for adult learners in higher education now — and in the future.

You can now read and download the practice report and one-page checklist with actionable recommendations to better support adult learners.

Elevating Youth Voice at Rethink Youth

Senior Director, Dr. Darren Woodruff, and Fellow, Cheyenne Squire, had the opportunity to participate in the Rethink Youth Conference, hosted by the Kauffman Foundation. Together with students and community leaders, they discussed Elevating Youth Voice for Regional Prosperity.

We’re grateful for our community’s commitment to including and lifting up youth voices for positive change.
