The DeBruce Foundation Graduation Toolkit
Supporting graduates, families, and our communities.
Congratulations, graduates! We want to celebrate your achievement! Our Graduation Gift to the Class of 2020 includes three tools to help you discover more about yourself and your goals as you begin to expand your career pathways. Access these professional development tools below.
Get started here
The Agile Work Profiler© tool will help you discover your work strengths and interests and learn how these “Agilities” can apply to many different careers. The Agile Work Profiler© only takes 10 minutes and can help you understand your strengths and how they can fit into your career search.
Once you know your current Agilities, use the interactive Career Explorer Tools to learn about income, preparation, work activities, and demand for each career.
Then, you’re in the driver’s seat. Ready to Draw Your Future? All you’ll need is a pen, the template or a piece of blank paper, and a readiness to dream!
We want to make sure these tools get in the hands of all graduates about to make this big transition, especially in these challenging times.
Do you know other high school or college graduates? Share this gift on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and, together, let’s send a message that we’re celebrating this class and marking this momentous occasion.

About The DeBruce Foundation Graduation Gift Project
Celebrating a graduation is a huge milestone: for students who have worked hard to earn their diploma, families and friends who have supported them along the way, and educators who have guided, taught, and motivated. However, COVID-19 and social distancing has meant that celebrating graduation will look a little different this year. Some ceremonies will be virtual, some will be delayed, and some are even exploring having robots “walk” for students…
One thing these educational institutions all have in common, though, is the shared desire to celebrate this landmark achievement and commitment to send graduates into the world well prepared and with hope. Immediately, The DeBruce Foundation knew we wanted to give the graduating class a “gift” that would be useful and hopeful as they take this next step. That’s why we put together a toolkit of free online professional development tools to help them develop agility and expand their career pathways.
