This FREE 2-day training will provide Indiana K-12 educators the opportunity to complete their Agilities© Coach Certification! Attendees will be introduced to numerous resources The DeBruce Foundation has to offer for use in developing students’ career literacy skills, meeting the Indiana Employability Skills Standards and Indiana Career Coaching Framework! Session participants will engage in activities to develop a deep understanding of the 10 Agilities while learning how to leverage the provided resources with their students. Participants must attend both training days, in full, in order to earn their certification.
Designed for: K-12 Indiana career coaches, intermediaries, educators, & counselors serving Indiana students.

Training Goals:
- YOU will become AWARE of the 10 Agilities of Work & be able to teach others how they are present in their work or personal lives,
- YOU will AFFIRM your Agilities and lead others to AFFIRM their Agilities to help expand economic pathways to opportunity, &
- YOU will ACTIVATE your Agilities & be able to teach others how to ACTIVATE their Agilities to prepare for a successful tomorrow.
Prior to the training, please take 15 minutes to watch this short introduction to the Agilities and the Agile Work Profiler (AWP), then get your ranked Agilities by completing the AWP!
