About the Event
The Indiana Commission for Higher Education and Indiana Department of Education are partnering with The DeBruce Foundation to certify career coaches with the Agilities© training. This training includes personality and interest inventory assessment, fulfilling the requirement under IC 21-18-20-7. This two-day, in-person training provides comprehensive resources, ensuring career coaches are well-equipped to support students they serve.
Who Should Attend
Intermediaries and career coaches funded by the Indiana Commission for Higher Education’s Career Coaching Grant.
Overall Training Objectives
By the end of training, the learner will…
- Integrate Agilities© resources to maximize career coaching supports and services to students
- Recognize the importance of establishing an Agilities© culture in their environments
- Discover free Agilities© resources to engage individuals in building Career Literacy
- Understand the value of the free Agilities© Resources for Educators and help others access them
